What is the Biker Bits Membership aka “CREW”?<\/summary>\n

The Crew is a private membership area where I share extra content like behind-the-scenes videos, ride info, GPX files, camping tips, and other helpful bits \u2014 all focused on adventure motorcycle riding, mostly around Victoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are the perks<\/strong> I give to say thanks for supporting the Biker Bits YouTube Channel and what I do here. It helps me keep making content and exploring new tracks to share with you guys.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

To join the Crew, go to the Membership Page<\/strong><\/a>, select the option and level that suits you best, then click Join Now<\/strong> and fill out your details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do one-time memberships auto-renew?<\/summary>\n

Nope \u2014 one-time memberships are a simple one-off payment for the year. No auto-renewals, no surprises. You\u2019ll get a reminder when it\u2019s close to expiring in case you want to renew manually.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I cancel at any time?<\/summary>\n

Yep \u2014 no lock-ins or tricky stuff. You can cancel your paid membership anytime through your Account Dashboard<\/strong><\/a>. If you’re on a one-time membership, there’s nothing to cancel \u2014 it just runs for the year.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I cancel my membership?<\/summary>\n

To cancel your membership, head to your Account Dashboard<\/strong><\/a> and go to the Subscriptions<\/strong> section.
There you\u2019ll see your active subscription \u2014 just click “Cancel”<\/strong>, then hit “Yes”<\/strong> to confirm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will stop future payments.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?<\/summary>\n

Yep, you can switch between levels anytime – monthly or one-time. Just go to your Account Dashboard<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>, and go to the Subscriptions<\/strong> section. There you\u2019ll see your active subscription \u2014 just click “Change Plan”<\/strong>, then choose the plan you want to change to. Then follow the process.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What happens if my payment fails?<\/summary>\n

If a payment fails, the system will usually try again a couple of times. If it still doesn\u2019t go through, your membership will pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can log in anytime to update your payment and pick back up where you left off.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I update my payment details?<\/summary>\n

You can update your payment info from your Account Dashboard<\/strong> under the Subscriptions<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How often is new content added?<\/summary>\n

New stuff gets added regularly \u2014 things like GPX routes, behind-the-scenes updates, checklists, and tips. Plus, I send out the BB Lost Mail<\/em> email once a month or so with all the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not daily spam \u2014 just steady, useful content when it\u2019s ready and worth sharing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I need a GPS device to use the GPX files?<\/summary>\n

Nope, you don\u2019t need a dedicated GPS device. A smartphone works just fine using apps like DMD2<\/strong>, OsmAnd<\/strong>, or similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s a simple guide<\/strong><\/a> in the Crew area that shows you how to get set up and start using GPX files on your rides.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I submit my own GPX routes?<\/summary>\n

Not at the moment. I\u2019m keeping things simple so I don\u2019t get overwhelmed trying to manage submissions and expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I do love hearing where you guys are riding, so feel free to share your adventures in the Chat Rooms or shoot me a message. I might check them out down the track!<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are the Crew rides open to everyone?<\/summary>\n

The Crew rides are available to Premium and Ultimate levels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I plan two adventure rides each year, plus a few casual day rides throughout the year as well. Details are shared in the Crew area and via email, so you’ll have plenty of notice.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
