About

Who’s Behind Biker Bits?

Hey, I’m Mark.

I’m a regular bloke with a passion for motorcycles, a “dodgy” workshop, and a love for the Aussie bush. I created Biker Bits to show the side of adventure you don’t always see, mistakes, mechanical struggles and the reality of figuring things out as you go.

What started as a YouTube channel has grown into a community for riders and DIY enthusiasts who value honesty over ego.

No fluff. No ego. Real rides. Real projects. Real people.

What Biker Bits Is All About

The goal of Biker Bits is simple: Show that adventure is accessible to everyone.

I’m not a professional mechanic or a pro rider; I’m a regular bloke who loves the bush and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. I created this space to share the real side of exploring… mistakes, struggles, and “dodgy workshop” fixes that happen along the way.

Here’s what you’ll find here:

  • Real-World DIY: I share my workshop projects… rivnuts, rattles, and all, because I want you to see that you don’t need a factory-grade setup or perfect skills to maintain your own gear. If I can figure it out, so can you.
  • Experience Over Gear: You’ll never hear me say you need the latest bike or the most expensive camping kit to have a good time. Biker Bits is about making the most of what you’ve got and finding the fun in the experience, not the price tag.
  • A Hand Up for Every Rider: Whether you’re a “newbie” just putting on a helmet for the first time, a veteran rider getting back into the swing of things, or someone who just enjoys the mechanical side of life, you’re welcome here.

The mission is to help you explore the bush (ideally on a motorcycle!) and to prove that the best adventures usually start with a bit of “have-a-go” attitude and a willingness to make a few mistakes.

The Biker Bits Brand

Biker Bits isn’t about being flashy, riding the newest bike or wearing the latest gear.
It’s about real adventure riding, exploring the bush, getting your hands dirty in the shed and being part of something down-to-earth and helpful.

If you’re into motorbike riding, bush tracks, camping, gear that works and a good chat around the fire, you’re in the right place.
