🟫 General Info

What is the Biker Bits Membership aka “CREW”?

The Crew is a private membership area where I share extra content like behind-the-scenes videos, ride info, GPX files, camping tips, and other helpful bits — all focused on adventure motorcycle riding, mostly around Victoria.

These are the perks I give to say thanks for supporting the Biker Bits YouTube Channel and what I do here. It helps me keep making content and exploring new tracks to share with you guys.

How do I join the Crew?

To join the Crew, go to the Membership Page, select the option and level that suits you best, then click Join Now and fill out your details.

Once you’re in, you’ll get access to exclusive content and benefits based on your level. If you’re on Facebook, you can also join the Biker Bits private group — optional, but a great way to connect with other riders.

What do I get as a member?

Each membership level comes with different benefits — from exclusive videos and GPX routes to printable checklists, group rides, and more.

For a full list of what’s included, head to the Membership Page.

Is membership free or paid?

We’ve got both free and paid membership options. The free level gives you access to some great content, and the paid levels come with extra perks depending on what you choose.

You can check out all the options and what’s included over on the Membership Page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Whether you choose a monthly or one-time membership, it’s quick and secure through our checkout.

Do one-time memberships auto-renew?

Nope — one-time memberships are a simple one-off payment for the year. No auto-renewals, no surprises. You’ll get a reminder when it’s close to expiring in case you want to renew manually.

🟫 Managing Your Membership

Can I cancel at any time?

Yep — no lock-ins or tricky stuff. You can cancel your paid membership anytime through your account dashboard. If you’re on a one-time membership, there’s nothing to cancel — it just runs for the year.

And if you’re just a free member, you can unsubscribe from emails or stop visiting whenever you like. Easy as.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, head to your Account Dashboard and go to the Subscriptions section.
There you’ll see your active subscription — just click “Cancel”, then hit “Yes” to confirm.

This will stop future payments and automatically switch you back to the free member level.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?

Yep, you can switch between levels anytime — monthly or one-time. Just go to your Account Dashboard, cancel your current membership, then choose the new one that suits you best.

The system does allow multiple memberships, so if you don’t cancel first, you might end up with two running at the same time. Some people do this on purpose to show extra support — but it’s totally up to you.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, the system will usually try again a couple of times. If it still doesn’t go through, your paid membership will pause and drop you back to the free level.

You can log in anytime to update your payment and pick back up where you left off.

How do I update my payment details?

You can update your payment info from your Account Dashboard under the Subscriptions section.

If you get stuck, just contact me and I’ll help you out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Whether you choose a monthly or one-time membership, it’s quick and secure through our checkout.

🟫 Content & Perks

How often is new content added?

New stuff gets added regularly — things like GPX routes, GEOs, behind-the-scenes updates, checklists, and tips. Plus, I send out the BB Lost Mail email once a month with all the latest.

It’s not daily spam — just steady, useful content when it’s ready and worth sharing.

Do I need a GPS device to use the GPX files?

Nope, you don’t need a dedicated GPS device. A smartphone works just fine using apps like Gaia GPS, OsmAnd, or similar.

There’s a simple guide in the Crew area that shows you how to get set up and start using GPX files on your rides.

Can I submit my own GPX routes or GEO locations?

Not at the moment. I’m keeping things simple so I don’t get overwhelmed trying to manage submissions and expectations.

But I do love hearing where you guys are riding — so feel free to share your adventures in the Facebook group or shoot me a message. I might check them out down the track!

Are the Crew rides open to everyone?

The Crew rides are just for paid members on the Premium and Ultimate levels.

I plan two adventure rides each year, plus a few casual day rides throughout the year as well. Details are shared in the Crew area and via email, so you’ll have plenty of notice.

Do I need to join the Facebook group?

Nope — totally optional. But if you’re on Facebook, it’s a good place to connect with other Crew members, share ride ideas, and have a bit of a chat.

The link to join is in the Crew area once you’re signed up.

🟫 Technical Help

What if I have a problem logging in?

If you’re having trouble logging in, try the “Forgot Password” link on the login page first — that usually does the trick.

If you’re still stuck, just reach out via the Contact Page and I’ll sort it out for you.
